Ramps
   Location:
     Asharoken- Eatons Neck Road, Northport (6 a.m.- 10 p.m.)
      Hobart Beach- Eatons Neck Rd, Northport (8:30 a.m.- 8 p.m.)
      Mill Dam- Mill Dam Road, Huntington (5:30 a.m.- 9:30 p.m.)
      Soundview (LILCO)- off Eatons Neck Road, Northport. 
          Vehicles with boat trailers only.  No visitors.  Purchase permits
           at ramp.
   Requirements:
     Boat Ramp Permit required for all vessels using the ramps at a
       cost of $25.  Permits are available at the ramps.  Proof of
       residency and N.Y. State Boat Registration required.  Permits
       must be affixed to the vessel by the attendant.  Permits are non
       -transferable and are required on each vessel.  Permits will not
       be replaced if lost or stolen.

Small Boat Racks
    Locations: West Neck Beach, Fleets Cove Beach, Centerport
        Beach, Asharoken Beach.
    Season: May to September
    Fees: $50 per season rental. 
    Registration: Parks and Recreation office
    Eligibility: Town residents only.  Proof of residency required.
        Verify boat rack assignment with Beach Manager.
Car Top Launching
    Car-top launching will be permitted at the following locations:
           *West Neck Beach             Mill Dam Ramp
           *Centerport Beach              Hobart Ramp
             Asharoken Ramp              Cold Spring Harbor Boat Ramp
    Trailers at beaches only permitted at Asharoken and Hobart Ramp
     locations.  Commercial operations permitted at Mill Dam Ramp only.
   *No Motors Allowed
Jet Skiers
  Jet skiers must launch from ramps only. 
  Beach and Boat Ramp permits are required.
